This building sits on the SE corner of Idaho Rd and E 4th Ave. Right now this is only a 3 way intersection, but will soon be a roundabout with Idaho Road extending south of E 4th Ave. The building will fit with the modern|industrial design aesthetic of the some of the existing buildings with the brick, metal and glass, which nods to the Mill heritage of the site. This mixed use buildings will feature commercial, residential, and underground parking, with an emphasis on outdoor seating and patio space, especially down the Idaho Rd frontage where the back of the building will face toward the Hog Silo. The concept so far is to develop a small amphitheatre, outdoor space under the Hog Silo and back up toward the building on Silo Block North, which would blend in with the patio seating attached to and surrounding the building on the fist and second floors.
Please note the stats are subject to change, and these stats are only for the north building pictured in the 3D rendering (the first building picured)... the other building will probably be dubbed Silo Block South but that project does not yet have a dig date so more to come on that later.
